Trisha was referred to us by our daughter who in turn was referred to Trisha by a friend who had worked with her to buy their home. All three of us were very pleased working with Trisha. Never pushy, always in good communication. Also, very observant and noticed several things we had missed. Even after we closed, she followed up to make sure subsequent work and inspections were completed. Would definitely recommend her and would use her again without hesitation.

I have worked with other realtors in the pass but, working with Trisha Dirks was remarkable in every way. She isn't only help me to find the right house she also help me with right leaders, negotiation with the seller which other realtors they don't do. Plus, she would tell you not to buy the house if she think the house isn't worth or needs too much work. It was nice working with her and if I have to buy or sell she will be # on my list. Trisha is the ultimate real estate professional. Trisha has helped me buy my last two homes. In the most recent transaction, she used various platforms to market our home and all of the advertisement was high quality. She was patient with our family when looking for a new home. She did everything possible to show us every home we wanted to see. My husband and I just "had" to see this house that had just hit the market on a Sunday. I texted Trisha who already had appointments with another family. But, she called a colleague who came out to show us the house. It, unfortunately, was not the house for us, but Trisha makes everything happen. Closing is a stressful time. I would call Trisha with random questions that always got answered. I couldn't recommend her more for your home selling and buying experience.
